CHENGDU GREENLAND TOWER
At 468m tall, Chengdu Greenland Tower will be the tallest building in its southwestern China region, and the fourth tallest in China. Located at the center of Dongcun, Chengdu’s residential district, AS+GG's design was inspired by the unique ice mountain topography that surrounds the city. Like the mountain ridges, the tower will act as a light sculpture that diffuses and reflects light 360 degrees.
The development includes a mixed use tower, associated podium conference centre and 2 seperate residential towers. The centre piece mixed use tower includes Class A office space, a luxury hotel and high end apartments.
